Diamondhead Country Club
The Diamondhead Country Club is a beautiful building, built in the Frank Lloyd Wright style, out of native stone. The Country Club has a magnificent view overlooking the rolling hills of Hot Springs and the waters of Lake Catherine.
The
Jernigan Family, one of Hot Springs’ most well known and respected families of
restaurateurs, famous for Southern Home Cooking, operates The Jernigan's 2
Restaurant in the Diamondhead Country Club. The dining room is open to
residents and guests from 5:00 pm until 9:00 pm Thursday, Friday and Saturday
evenings. You may order from the menu or select one of the daily specials.
Food service is also available for carryout. Our lounge is open from 5:00 pm to
10:30 pm Thursday and 5:00 pm to 12:00 am on Fridays and Saturdays.
Our facility is also the ideal location for receptions, banquets, private parties and meetings. Its four rooms have a seating capacity of:

Jernigan's 2 offers a full course menu. However, we can also arrange special sit down dinners, buffets, or hors D’oeuvres parties.
